At Soft Surroundings, we want to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We process most orders within 1-2 business days. The following shipping options are available at checkout:
- Standard Ground Shipping: Delivery in 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery in 2-3 business days.
- Rush Shipping: Delivery in 1-2 business days.
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped and are based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the total weight of your items. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions. Please check our website homepage for any current offers and details.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and its territories. We do not ship to international addresses outside of the U.S. at this time.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We are happy to ship to P.O. Boxes, as well as APO and FPO addresses, via Standard USPS Mail. Please allow additional time for delivery to these addresses. Express and Rush shipping options are not available for these addresses.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking around your property, with neighbors, or with anyone else at your address who may have accepted it. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us for further assistance.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, order processing and carrier delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery. We will post any specific holiday shipping deadlines on our website.
Returns
We hope you love everything you order, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please see our Return Policy for complete details.
