We want you to be 100% satisfied. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase with proof of purchase; shipping & handling fees are not refundable.
Return Methods
- Drop-off locations: Use our portal to generate a QR code and choose from participating locations—no box or label needed. Refund initiated immediately upon drop-off (less applicable fees).
- By mail: Start return via our website, ship items back using the label provided. Allow a short time for the refund to be processed after we receive the items.
Exchanges & Price Adjustments
- Exchanges can be initiated through our customer care team; shipping for exchanges is free using the method we provide.
- Price adjustments are valid if the item’s price drops within 14 days of original purchase. Applies to full-price and sale items.
