Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 60 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return

We offer two convenient ways to return your items:

1. Drop-Off Returns

  • Start your return online and choose a drop-off location.
  • Receive a QR code for a nearby location—no box or label required.
  • Drop off your items and your refund will be issued immediately. (A processing fee of $9.95 and any applicable taxes will be deducted from your refund.)

2. Mail Returns

  • Begin your return online to receive a prepaid shipping label.
  • Package your items in the original box or a secure package and attach the label.
  • Ship your return and receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. (Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.)

Exchanges

Exchanging an item is simple:

  1. Submit your request online to initiate an exchange.
  2. Place your new order with free shipping.
  3. Use the provided shipping label to return the original item.
  4. Receive confirmation once your original item has been received and your refund or exchange is complete. (A $9.95 processing fee applies.)

Price Adjustments

If an item goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase, we are happy to honor a price adjustment. This applies to both full-price and sale items purchased from SoftStyleUSA.com.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling fees for these items are non-refundable.
